This culinary school is located at 450 West Spain Street in Sonoma, California. It is an L-shaped building that contains a two-story kitchen in the northern portion of the building with a theater in the lower level and living quarters in the upper level. The two teaching kitchens are fully equipped for all cooking needs. One contains a 36-seat culinary demonstration kitchen-theater with mirrors and television monitors for easy viewing. The other kitchen is a complete restaurant kitchen used for full-participation hands-on classes. The southern one-story wing contains a dining hall. There is a beautiful garden and patio at the front of the building adjacent to West Spain Street.

This school is both for the amateur chef, who wishes to expand their cooking skills, as well as the enthusiast in the kitchen. Ramekins has been a distinct asset to Sonoma because their classes promote the fresh organic produce and herbs grown in Sonoma County, the wines of the valley, and the award winning cheeses that are made there. The classes are taught by prominent chefs from the bay area and encourage their students to take their products home. Ramekins is a great place for fun and exciting cooking lessons.

In addition to the cooking classes, Ramekins has six bed and breakfast rooms upstairs, which can be ideal for a group get-away in the wine country. Ideal for any special occasion, Ramekins has an 1800 square foot facility which can accommodate anywhere from 50 - 150 people. Not only is Ramekins a great place to go for some new cooking tips, but it is also a beautiful place to hold a special occasion or just to take a break while learning how to cook.
