The Redwood Credit Union Auto Center is a commercial parcel with a new used auto sales office and auto display parking lot.

Adobe Associates, Inc. provided topographic mapping, boundary survey, grading and drainage design, drainage analysis, permit processing, construction administration and construction staking.

The site is in an undefined flood prone zone, so Adobe Associates had to overcome a number of challenging grading issues.

Land Surveyors Provide 3D Scan for Timbercove Property

Our land surveying crew spent a beautiful April day in Timbercove to scan a bluff and rock outcropping for our client.   The client owns several lots right on the bluff of the Pacific Ocean and there is a need to tie the development together and possibly create a path of travel through the rock outcroppings.  A 3D Scan was ordered.  3D scanning consists of taking color photos and incorporating them with survey grade data.
