Sonoma, California The Wine Country Industrial Park project included the development of a 37-acre site with two 234,000 sq. ft. warehouse/industrial buildings, one 70,200 sq. ft. building, and a 52,000 sq. ft. building, the creation of a 5.5 acre wetland, 1,500 lineal feet of bio-swales and an underground detention system.
Adobe Associates, Inc. provided entitlement consultation, site improvement design, utility infrastructure design, drainage analysis, storm water mitigation (including underground detention), wetland creation, permit processing, construction administration and construction staking.
