Wine Country Industrial Park - Office & Industrial

The Wine Country Industrial Park project included the development of a 37-acre site with two 234,000 sq. ft. warehouse/industrial buildings, one 70,200 sq. ft. building, and a 52,000 sq. ft. building, the creation of a 5.5 acre wetland, 1,500 lineal feet of bio-swales and an underground detention system.

Adobe Associates, Inc. provided entitlement consultation, site improvement design, utility infrastructure design, drainage analysis, storm water mitigation (including underground detention), wetland creation, permit processing, construction administration and construction staking.

Our land surveying crew spent a beautiful April day in Timbercove to scan a bluff and rock outcropping for our client.   The client owns several lots right on the bluff of the Pacific Ocean and there is a need to tie the development together and possibly create a path of travel through the rock outcroppings.  A 3D Scan was ordered.  3D scanning consists of taking color photos and incorporating them with survey grade data.
