Caretaker's Residence and Vineyard Estate

This project included the development of a 3,000 sq. ft. rammed-earth Caretaker's Residence overlooking a scenic vineyard along with the Vineyard Estate in approximately 12,000 sq. ft. multi-level residence with pool, numerous gardens and terraces, situated on the hills overlooking the property's vineyards.

Adobe Associates, Inc. provided topographic mapping, boundary survey, site improvement design , drainage analysis, permit processing, private sewage disposal design, construction administration and construction staking.

Sonoma Country Inn Subdivision Final Map Recorded

The “Sonoma Country Inn Subdivision”, PLP01-0006, Subdivision Final Map was recorded December 2011.  The tentative map was initially filed with the Sonoma County Permit & Resource Management Department in 2001.  The property, situated along a scenic corridor on the Sonoma Highway (12), contains a drainage course tributary to Sonoma Creek and could potentially provide access to Hood Mountain.  Wetlands, protected plants, Valley Oaks,...
