This project included the construction of an approximately 3,600 sq. ft. residence, pool and access road on a hilltop overlooking the beautiful Sonoma Valley.

Adobe Associates, Inc. provided topographic mapping, roadway design, grading and drainage design, permit processing, private sewage disposal design, construction administration and construction staking.

Land Surveyors Provide 3D Scan for Timbercove Property

Our land surveying crew spent a beautiful April day in Timbercove to scan a bluff and rock outcropping for our client.   The client owns several lots right on the bluff of the Pacific Ocean and there is a need to tie the development together and possibly create a path of travel through the rock outcroppings.  A 3D Scan was ordered.  3D scanning consists of taking color photos and incorporating them with survey grade data.
