This project included a 46,000 sq. ft. medical office building and facilities that include Optometry, Obstetrics and Gynecology services.

Adobe Associates, Inc. provided entitlement consultation, public liaison, topographic mapping, site improvement design (roadway, utility and grading & drainage), drainage analysis, permit processing, construction administration and construction staking.

Land Surveyors Provide 3D Scan for Timbercove Property

Our land surveying crew spent a beautiful April day in Timbercove to scan a bluff and rock outcropping for our client.   The client owns several lots right on the bluff of the Pacific Ocean and there is a need to tie the development together and possibly create a path of travel through the rock outcroppings.  A 3D Scan was ordered.  3D scanning consists of taking color photos and incorporating them with survey grade data.
