Cloverdale Fire Station

The Cloverdale Fire Station project includes a 16,000 sq. ft. replacement headquarters for the district and includes administrative offices, a training/community room, living quarters for on-duty firefighters, four apparatus bays that house eight trucks along with operational support spaces. The 1.5 acre site includes a hose drying/training tower, staff parking and emergency support equipment and refueling.

Adobe Associates, Inc. provided entitlement consultation, public liaison, topographic mapping, boundary survey, site improvement design (utility, grading and drainage), drainage analysis, storm water mitigation, permit processing, construction administration and construction staking.

Our land surveying crew spent a beautiful April day in Timbercove to scan a bluff and rock outcropping for our client.   The client owns several lots right on the bluff of the Pacific Ocean and there is a need to tie the development together and possibly create a path of travel through the rock outcroppings.  A 3D Scan was ordered.  3D scanning consists of taking color photos and incorporating them with survey grade data.
