The Fountaingrove Village project included a 23-lot subdivision with 21 single family residential parcels and two commercial parcels for retail and office

Adobe Associates, Inc. provided entitlement consultation, public liaison, topographic mapping, boundary survey, site improvement design (utility, grading and drainage), drainage analysis, permit processing, construction administration and construction staking.

Our land surveying crew spent a beautiful April day in Timbercove to scan a bluff and rock outcropping for our client.   The client owns several lots right on the bluff of the Pacific Ocean and there is a need to tie the development together and possibly create a path of travel through the rock outcroppings.  A 3D Scan was ordered.  3D scanning consists of taking color photos and incorporating them with survey grade data.
