The Old Elm Village project included the development of an infill site for an 87-unit affordable housing development with a large community building used for the local Boy's and Girl's Club. This was one of the first sustainable projects of its kind in Petaluma.
Adobe Associates, Inc. provided entitlement consultation, public liaison, topographic mapping, boundary survey, site improvement design, drainage analysis, storm water mitigation, permit processing, construction administration and construction staking.
