The Sequoia Village project included the development of a 22-lot affordable townhome project on a 2-acre site. The cooperative ownership project required homeowners to participate in construction aspects of the project and was designed with an emphasis on community with amenities that include a community center and a community garden.

Sequoia Village honors the sustainable design elements incorporated into site design by preserving five beautiful sequoia trees at the project gateway. Residential units were designed and constructed using sustainable building practices. Bio-retention areas treat parking lot storm water runoff and pervious surfacing provides a community gathering area between the community center and community garden. Roof runoff is treated with raised planter areas boasting herbs and edible plants. The development is located near public transportation and offers onsite bicycle storage.

Adobe Associates, Inc. provided entitlement consultation, public liaison, site improvement design, drainage analysis, storm water mitigation, permit processing, construction administration and construction staking.
