The Sonoma Point Apartments project included the development of 88 apartment units, pool and community building on a site adjacent to Sonoma Creek. Creek stabilization was critical to the development of this site.

Adobe Associates, Inc. provided entitlement consultation, public liaison, topographic mapping, boundary survey, site improvement design (utility, grading and drainage), drainage analysis, permit processing, construction administration and construction staking.

Land Surveyors Provide 3D Scan for Timbercove Property

Our land surveying crew spent a beautiful April day in Timbercove to scan a bluff and rock outcropping for our client.   The client owns several lots right on the bluff of the Pacific Ocean and there is a need to tie the development together and possibly create a path of travel through the rock outcroppings.  A 3D Scan was ordered.  3D scanning consists of taking color photos and incorporating them with survey grade data.
