Sycamore Place I & II - Senior Housing

Sycamore Place is a partnership with the City of Brentwood's Redevelopment Agency and a private developer to create two 40-unit senior affordable housing projects with community buildings and community gardens. The developments are pedestrian friendly and located close to downtown and public transportation.

Adobe Associates, Inc. provided entitlement consultation, topographic mapping, boundary survey, site improvement design, drainage analysis, storm water mitigation, permit processing, construction administration and construction staking.

Land Surveyors Provide 3D Scan for Timbercove Property

Our land surveying crew spent a beautiful April day in Timbercove to scan a bluff and rock outcropping for our client.   The client owns several lots right on the bluff of the Pacific Ocean and there is a need to tie the development together and possibly create a path of travel through the rock outcroppings.  A 3D Scan was ordered.  3D scanning consists of taking color photos and incorporating them with survey grade data.
