As you may have already found public utility locators like U.S.A only locate public utilities which are typically found within the public right of way up to the utility meter. Many times U.S.A. will not mark your site unless they know that you are constructing within 72 hours.

We are also civil engineers and surveyors and this information is critical to the design of a project.  Public and private utilities run through out most all parcels and sites.  Planning and constructing around these utilities can save you time and money before and during construction.
