Adobe Associates, Inc. needs a Project Manager! We have an immediate opening for a full-time Project Manager with the engineering and leadership abilities to direct our technical staff toward the implementation of various projects. Projects ranging from simple grading permit applications to large subdivision and apartment projects that involve entitlements and record maps.

Tasks will include contracting work, budget tracking, communication with all parties involved with a project, invoicing, construction administration and coordination during challenges encountered in the field, attendance of public hearings, review of project designs and engineering reports, assisting the department supervisor with performance evaluations of staff, and business development. This is an exciting and challenging position that can result in significant personal and professional growth and satisfaction.

This position reports to the Civil Engineering Supervisor and provides direction to the Project Engineer, Design Engineer, and Engineering Technician.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from an ABET accredited institution and a valid California Engineer-in-Training certificate, be strong with Autodesk AutoCAD and Civil 3D software, and have 5-7 years of working experience in the field of civil engineering. Registration as a professional civil engineer in the State of California is desired but not required.

Candidates local to Sonoma County will receive priority hiring consideration, but applicants willing to relocate will also be considered. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
