Tori Hicks

Tori joined Adobe Associates in July 2019 as part of the administrative staff, where she quickly developed an interest in the firm’s SWPPP program and began assisting whenever needed. In March 2022, she transitioned into a Civil Technician role, supporting drafting efforts and helping establish the foundation of what has grown into Adobe’s thriving Stormwater Department. Over the years, Tori has advanced into managing most of the department’s operations full‑time, balancing administrative coordination with field responsibilities, including site monitoring and stormwater inspections.

As someone who enjoys camping and spending time outdoors, Tori values working in an industry where environmental responsibility and construction practices intersect. She takes pride in contributing to a department that supports regulatory compliance, project success, and client satisfaction—key elements she appreciates about her role at Adobe.

Tori is currently pursuing her QSP/QSD certification to continue expanding her expertise in stormwater compliance and inspection practices.
