Justin has recently returned to Adobe Associates, Inc. in the role of Project Manager after spending a short time working in San Luis Obispo County. Before that he had been with the company for over 5 years. Justin has earned a reputation for being accountable and dependable when it comes to facilitating entitlements as well as coordinating with municipalities and clients. He is also someone that the design team can count on for support and leadership. Justin finds inspiration in the ever evolving nature of the field of civil engineering as well as the opportunities constantly being presented to find new, improved, and innovative solutions. In addition to enjoying challenges for innovation, Justin also prides himself on his dedication when working with state and local agencies, to not only meet the needs of the agencies but the clients’ needs as well.
Justin has over 12 years of experience in the field of Civil Engineering. First beginning his career as a CAD drafter and then moving through the ranks of CAD Technician I-III until becoming a Design Engineer. He has a diverse variety of experience on different projects such as Education Centers, Residential Projects, Municipal and Community Projects as well as Commercial Projects.
